We have Chef Pina from Cafe Milano at Expo 2020 Dubai telling us what we should and shouldn’t be eating. We discuss everyone’s obsession with carbs!!

Chef Davisha, the Executive Chef of Alkebulan at Expo 2020 comes on to talk the best African cuisine in the world. She’s originally from Barbados, she tells us how she got here and gives advice on how to become a chef!

We also talk about disciplining other peoples’ children! Is that ever acceptable?
