The self-employed are not the most desirable bunch to a mortgage lender, even though we can potentially earn more than those in perm positions. So how do we look more attractive to get the mortgage we want, for the dream home we desire? In this episode we chat to fellow freelancer and home buyer Adrian van Cooten, Lead Product Designer. Adrian’s been freelancing for over 8 years and just recently purchased his second property. We discuss how he did it alone the first time round, what he has learned along the way and some insightful tips and tricks to getting your way with the market.
