Girl…it’s time to be unthawed.


We can’t keep allowing ourselves to trigger our freeze 🥶 response without acknowledging how to bring ourselves back into forward moving. Strong friend, I know that you can find yourself dealing with bouts of procrastination and laziness which lead you to be harsh with yourself. STOP 🛑 that negative self talk and let’s acknowledge that you may be experiencing a trauma response. You’re freezing 🥶 girl ‘cause your body is dealing with memories that haven’t been processed, recognized, or managed. It’s ok. Let’s talk.


In this week’s episode, Jasmine Lynise shares about her experiences with the Freeze Trauma Response. We are going to tackle mental and emotional health and ways to address what’s happening in our bodies, why it may be happening, and what we can do to retrain our brain and bodies for the better.
