I’m sharing what the past year (and the past week) has taught me:

From launching this podcast, to running in Berlin, to growing my business, to running 38km on my birthday… in new shoes… without my inhaler… while limping through Morton’s neuroma.


I talk about being let down by podiatry care, pushing through chest tightness, and hitting breaking point — while still backing myself every step of the way.


This one is for anyone who needs the reminder that pain, frustration, and self-doubt don’t mean you’re failing — they mean you’re in it.


And I’m not backing off now. I’ve got bigger goals for year 38, two Super Halfs to go, and a mission to help as many women as possible ditch diet culture and take their power back.
