Today's topic comes from a conversation I had with a new friend of mine. In our conversation, she told me that we have moved on from the period of the great resignation and today, we are in the period of The Great Reflection.  She was speaking to her observation that people are stopping to take account of their careers, perhaps even their lives and redefining their life to reflect what makes them happiest. 

Her observation made me reflect about several things, but today I will share the one that sticks with me.
