In this week’s episode, I explore something incredibly close to the heart: why it’s so emotional to meet your Guardian Angel. Many of you have experienced my free Meet Your Guardian Angel meditation, and a common response I hear is, “Why did I cry?” The answer is deeply spiritual and soul-shifting.
Meeting your Angel isn’t a new connection — it’s a remembering. Your Angel has been with you every lifetime, possibly even before that. That moment of reunion can feel overwhelming because it carries unconditional love, total acceptance, and a deep knowing that you are never alone. When you feel that seen, that understood, it moves something within you that words can’t quite express — even after 15 years of doing this professionally, I still find it hard to describe.
