
Should we shame our not-so-fit kids into exercising?
OR
Should we model good exercising and nutrition habits so that our kids pick up on them?
OR
Are they only chubby because it's just a short phase?
OR
Did we accomplish anything here?
Well, we think it was a decent discussion.
The concept of having a kid who's chubby is complicated. But, even if it's just a phase they are going to quickly grow out, that you really can't control, we need to impart good habits surrounding nutrition, exercise, and general activity.
