In today's episode, we talk about the idea of fascia being an integral role in EVERYTHING movement related within the human body... but also how it's been appropriated as a marketing term to create a lot of hype without a lot of substantiation. Typically, strength and conditioning (S&C) coaches will dismiss fascia as an important variable (or a variable at all) worth considering. Some functional fitness fellas go whole hog in the other direction and insist that if you're not training your fascial fitness, then you're doomed to deal with destruction of your joints, and are booking a one-way ticket to snap city.
