70: The artists Behind the Music with Cinzie and the Eclipse

Lead by emotional strength and honesty; singer songwriter Cinzia & The Eclipse has become one of the most authentic and vulnerable voices of her generation.Cinzia & The Eclipse have released their debut ep entitled Little Italy. The album was inspired by a series of life events while I was living in Little Italy in Montreal. The songs create a storyline about the struggles we face when falling in love with another to self-love and growing into ourselves. This album is all about accepting the good and bad life and love have to offer. It expresses the fact that it's better to have experienced life to the fullest, learn from our mistakes and accept ourselves as we are no matter what the outside world may have to say about

Through self-discovery with music, she finds strength in her serene melodies and relatable lyrics that have created an honest bond between her and her listeners. Cinzia began to expand her audience with her second single “No Matter” (Dec. 2018), which has received over 3.5 million streams and multiple playlist adds to date. Their latest release “Don’t Call Me Up” has been described as a direct order taking giving her audience a front row ticket to the “No Ex Zone”(Aupium). Drawing inspiration from Julia Michaels, Florence and The Machine, Janis Joplin and her hometown of Montréal, she’s injecting the world with a much-needed dose of raw, unfiltered emotion.
