The Athletes' Marathon podcast focuses on the journey that former Athletes, Entrepreneurs, Personal Trainers, and Coaches have gone through as they transition into their careers from their previous sport. Many former athletes understand the feeling of being "lost" or "confused" about what they want to pursue after they hang up their cleats. We discuss the journey through the ups and downs for each guest and how they used their experience, mindset, and work ethic to get them where they are today.

Life is like a Boxing Match with AJ Washington

In this episode, I interviewed a Wharton business school graduate who worked on Wall Street for 12 years and was also a  former nuclear engineer in the Navy. This guest is a great example of being adaptable and resilient as he looks at life much like a boxing match, You're going to get knocked down, but whether you pick yourself back up is what matters. Today he is the founder of AP Chmstry, a personal branding and marketing firm that focuses on helping social conscious founders/entrepreneurs produce and deliver products that support social initiatives.
