Charak Samhita is one of the most important texts in Ayurveda. It comes under the Brihat-trai or "The great three texts" in Ayurveda. 

This lecture series brings you easy English interpretations of this classical Sanskrit text. Along with the interpretations, I would try to include my personal clinical experiences and available scientific evidence. 

I sincerely hope that this series helps to dispel the cloud of numerous unverified home remedies, practiced and propagated in the name of Ayurveda.
