If today was your last day, how do you want to be remembered?

In today’s episode of “Balanced Being Podcast”, I want to share my experience with a very interesting workshop by Robin Sharma. I attended this training session and at the end of it, he asked the attendees to do something very fascinating. He asked us to think about the last day of our lives and how we would want to be remembered. This question was not meant to set a somber mood but to really make us think!

So, I thought I should talk about it in today’s episode.

  1. When it is the last day of your life, how do you want to be remembered?
  2. Work backward and determine the personality traits you want to inculcate and how do you want to use them to help others?
  3. Undertake this exercise by writing down or just thinking about it.
  4. It will help you get perspective, think about things that matter, and remove those that don’t.
  5. Once you have written this down, you can act upon it.

Having practiced this myself, I can testify that it is an impactful exercise and will prove extremely helpful to you. I hope you enjoy this episode.

Wishing you the best of health,

Gunny Sodhi.
