Natasha shares how she went from working towards chartered financial planner status to walking away from her career just 18 months into network marketing, before eventually finding her way to property.
We get into the reality of doing an 8-bed, 8-bathroom HMO as a first project (yes, really!), what it's like managing renovations with a toddler in tow, and why going all-in on interior design paid off with 70 applications and premium room rates.
Natasha doesn't hold back about the challenges either - from trades who turned up for an hour a day to planning applications that sat for months, and dealing with downvaluations on unencumbered properties.
As always, this is a real conversation about what it really takes to build a property portfolio as a mum, why ‘passive income’ isn't quite what Instagram makes it look like, and how finding the right mentor and community made all the difference.
