In today's episode, we meet Chloe Gregory, fitness & nutrition coach and competitive CrossFit athlete. Originally from New Zealand, she relocated to Canada, initially on a work visa before deciding to stay. She was pursuing a career in the restaurant industry before making a switch to fitness and nutrition coaching. In December 2020, she suffered a terrible injury, severing her achilles tendon. The next year was dedicated to intense rehabilitation. Amazingly, she pressed through the pain and within 18 months of her injury, was competing alongside Tia-Clair Toomey at the CrossFit Games semi-finals! Chloe shares her story with us along with her training plans, her experience competing at the games, and what's next for her.
