
Diet culture has become so entrenched in our society and daily lives that we often don't even notice it. For many, to spend the six months between Christmas and summer on a diet or working to achieve a "bikini body" is just a regular part of our year. But despite our obsession with dieting and weight loss, obesity rates continue to climb, alongside rates of depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and eating disorders.
