Welcome to season 2 of The Big Break Show! We have some exciting news for this new season. Unfortunately, Jesse Vasquez will no longer be part of the show, but we introduce a new co-host and discuss some upcoming fire plans for the future of this podcast. As always, we will continue to provide valuable insights into investment strategies, lifestyle, mindset, and more. So the new co-host will be Dan Tollens!
Dan Tollens is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with a background in sports. After graduating from college, he got involved in construction and property management, eventually transitioning into fix and flips and new construction. Currently, Dan focuses on boutique hotels and land development. He shares his knowledge and experiences through his YouTube channel, Coastal Chronicles, where he provides valuable insights into real estate investing and business strategies.
In this episode, Dan shares his background in sports and how he transitioned from doing that to real estate investing. We initially discussed the importance of building a network and surrounding yourself with successful people.
