Examples…
THEM VS US:
Other people: give up when progress looks slow because they can’t appreciate the journey…
My clients: understand everything is working for them and continue to show the f up for their results
Problem awareness:
1) When you say you have no time… here’s what’s really happening.
2) reasons you’re NOT hitting your fat loss goal: you get upset when the scales aren’t moving so give up etc etc etc… you’re disregarding the other signs of progress when xyz…
Calling out behaviours with client experiences to take the focus away from blaming your audience and empowering them to step up and BE LIKE YOUR CLIENTS:
1) It’s not that you can’t track before you eat… it’s that you don’t want to. My clients get x result because they’ve learnt how to y… without letting the excuses they used to make stop them from putting in the work.
2) my clients who “have no time” still get x result because they’re doing this… (give solutions to excuses)
3) if my client said X, here’s how I’d coach her through it…
Vision casting:
1) When you stop (limiting belief/excuse/negative action), that’s when you (result/outcome/desire)… give a pep talk on how to be the woman who does the thing!
2) the moment you realise x is just an old habit/story you told yourself when you didn’t believe you could get result… you’ll put x work in to get x result.
3) a thread of things that happened when I stopped (excuse)
