This week's episode is the last episode of the year and features co-founder of consultancy Pearn Kandola, Professor Binna Kandola, OBE. Professor Kandola speaks about his career as an undergraduate student at the University of Cardiff and then completing a PhD. He then worked at the consultancy SHL before he left to begin his own practice with his co-founder Dr Michael Pearn, at Pearn Kandola.
