S1E6: Protecting Your Peace in Toxic Relationships

In this episode, we’re going to talk about protecting positive energy and peace in relationships. There was an article that said that energy is binding. It’s the idea that you can have your own positive energy but be in a toxic or negative environment. I want to explore with our guests on the show how we can break the chains of toxic relationships and how to identify we’re going down the wrong path. Sort of the red flags we should look for and maybe even a few yellow flags. I also want to talk about being a person’s peace. I’ve heard men say this often, “be my peace” or I want peace at home. I’m going to ask my guests what that means and whether another person is even capable of being someone’s “peace”.
