Emotion control is something many of us, struggle with. A lot of us resort to old habits of expression that no longer serve us. When we allow it to happen, we are romancing with our past and a past that we don’t even like much of the time. To control yourself is to control your emotions. The greatest power in the world is self-control. When we control ourselves and we decide to respond instead of react, I like to believe that we win back a bit of our peace with every opportunity that we get. We all have the potential to be better. It just takes time and commitment. We must be loyal to ourselves and obedient to our greatness, so that our light can continue to shine the path for ourselves and others.
