1. Dreaming Without Barriers

Hey sis,

This episode is all about learning how to dream big when it comes to carving out your career path. You can find Yasmin O'Neal & Cassylda Augusto-Rodrigues on LinkedIn, and be sure to subscribe to Cass Speaks Official on YouTube! Also, follow BWP on Twitter @bwpsouthampton & @blackwomensproj, and on Instagram @bwpsouthampton & @theblackwomensproject

Here are some journal prompts to help you dream big and find the first step. If you can, try and write at least 3 things for each question:

  • How would your friends and family describe you?
  • How would you describe you?
  • What gives you joy?
  • What drains you?
  • What is something you can’t ignore? A situation, need or difficulty that you can’t help but respond to or fix?
  • If you had no limitations (money, time, education), what would you be doing?
  • In light of all the above answers, what would your dream job description say?
