The Black Women's Wellness Podcast Mission is to help Black Women overcome stress by amplifying an array of wellness offerings.


Our Vision is to ensure that all Black Women live productive, meaningful, and robust lives unhinged by stress.


Our Guest for this episode is Taylor Nelson.


Taylor is a research assistant in the Health Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Her research focuses on #behavioralhealthservices, #mentalhealth, and #racialdisparities within the #healthcaresystem.


Her recent work explores various actors and sectors in health care and progress toward standardized race and ethnicity #datacollection.


Taylor graduated from the Catholic University of America with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
