Some parents warned their children away from Frank Drake, who was known around town as “Unc”. And their concerns weren’t entirely unfounded.

Daryl Floyd tries to make sense of a memory of a phone call that Terry made from a phone box near their home.

Victoria Police has a one million dollar reward on offer for information that leads to the conviction of Terry Floyd’s killer.
