welcome to healing sounds with gaea priestess, a container for musical transmissions brought to you by #thepot. the intention of this container is to help facilitate gentle releases while ushering in powerful centering within ourselves. 

in this container, we explored how staleness and stagnancy can show up in our bodies. through the gentle sounds of the tongue drum we released the energies that are no longer serving us while we invited in some herbal allies to help us stay in flow.
