We are back with another amazing guest expert and are so excited to bring you this conversation with Jennifer Bartlett of WOVN Wellness!
Jennifer is a licensed therapist, yoga teacher, and owner of WOVN Wellness - a holistic psychotherapy practice in Birmingham, AL that aims to create spaces for individual and communal healing for women. In her individual therapy work, Jen specializes in working with women seeking relief from anxiety, healing from trauma, seeking more fulfillment and purpose, or navigating life transitions. Jen also has specialized training in perinatal mental health and is passionate about supporting women on their journey to and through motherhood.
Prior to opening her own practice, Jen spent many years working as a therapist in a residential facility in NYC and group therapy practice in Houston, Texas, treating adults with a wide variety of mental health concerns.
