Welcome to ''The CEO's Laundry,'' the first coaching podcast for CEOs.

In this episode, I coach Thane Lawrie, former CEO and Vice-Chairman of Scarf. He is also the current Chairman of The Haven.

Thane has experience in leadership and executive roles. He is also a devoted Buddhist, which makes him a profoundly inspirational and mindful leader (moreover, he wrote an excellent book entitled “The Buddhist CEO”).

Yet, underneath it all, he is also a human facing inner and outer challenges. Recent health issues, and a new career direction, have helped him re-create himself.

In our conversation, we explore how he can keep reconnecting to his heart's desires and use conscious intentions to go for bolder dreams he has in mind without apparent effort.
