My Advice to Catholic Young Men:  https://crisismagazine.com/opinion/my-advice-to-catholic-young-men

Here are the Last 3 Pieces of Advice for Men
• #11:  Be adaptable – very important
• We don’t know what the world is going to look like twenty years from now, let alone thirty, forty, or fifty
• But we know there will be world-changing technologies and major shifts in the global economy, demographics, and culture
• Be a constant learner, always improving yourself, thinking about that side hustle you need to have
• And do maintain your work ethic, people who can do a job, people who will do a job, and will fit in while doing a job will always be in demand
• ---------------------------------------------------
• #12  Be a Gentleman: to women, children, and the infirm
• Men are created and called to be gentlemen around women. This is a rejection of feminism
• A gentleman treats all women with respect at all times, even those who reject his charity
• Down here in the South we say yes ma’am and no ma’am. [also yessir and no sir]
• Look up Romans 12:20, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.”  Take the high road at all times!
• Children learn positive things by receiving respect from you
• Christian charity demands you be the person of Christ to the infirm
• ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Lastly #13  Help the poor
• Another verse from scripture to memorize:  Matthew 25:40 “ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,[a] you did it to me.’
• This means that when we go out of our way to help someone, we are showing the mercy of Christ and in James 2:13 scripture says “ For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.”
• And one final reason to help the poor is that you will be a better person for being kind to those who need kindness.  You will be showing the world the image of Jesus that lives in you
