
Happy Wine Wednesday! Today's episode is part 3 and the last part of my "Chips & Myths" series, where I eat chips with wine and debunk common myths in the wine industry. For the wine segment today I go the *spicy* route and pair the TJ's version of takis with a dry Riesling. Another 10/10 let me tell you! I've had many screwcap wines on the podcast and wanted to touch on the misconception that... they're cheap quality. This wine pairing was a screwcap and let me tell you... it was great!
