For Timothy, one of his biggest contributions to the industry has been pushing people not to work in isolation, a mindset he feels gets overlooked, especially with so much focus on "return to office" policies.

They also touched on employee retention, noting that keeping great talent is about more than just filling seats. It’s about making people feel valued and connected to the company’s culture, which in turn helps reduce turnover and boost profitability.

Finally, both agreed on the importance of having hobbies and outlets outside of work to avoid burnout. At the end of the day, they believe that character, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning are the qualities that truly set professionals apart.
