Sloppy Joseph – Poker Face Podcast Episode 16

The sixteenth episode of Poker Face was titled Sloppy Joseph and was the sixth episode of the show’s second season. Charlie is working as a lunchlady at a private school and crosses swords with an ambitious child. In this podcast Gerry and Iain look at psychological reslilience.

This week, Charlie is working as a dinner lady at an expensive elementary school, where a precocious youngster called Stephanie (Eva Jade Halford) is keen to outshine the rest of her peers in Ms. Dee’s (Adrienne C. Moore) class.

When Stephanie manipulates her classmate Elijah (Callum Vinson) into killing the class gerbil, Charlie must seek help from Elijah’s father JB (David Krumholtz), the school caretaker, and headmistress Dr. Hamm (Margo Martindale) – herself being manipulated by Stephanie on account of some compromising images.

This episode was directed by Adam Arkin. The writer was Kate Thulin, who is a co-executive producer on this season’s episodes.
