Write down the lies you’ve believed about yourself. Replace those lies with the truth of God’s Word. Make it stick by writing affirmations from those truths and saying them aloud daily. Acquire new language by listening to podcasts, books, and stories that empower you with truth. Pay attention to the words people use to speak about themselves.
