Is time really all that it takes? Or is there something else missing to this puzzle of peace? I'm excited to take this time to talk about a years-in-the-making formula that I need to touch upon now, for myself and, hopefully can add great impact to your life :)

I didn't mention this in the podcast, but never forget that memory is a tool that we can use to help us grow and learn in life. It's not the full truth as it's our experiences, our mindsets, and our personal perceptions that dictate the way we retain life events. So don't forget to give yourself the grace to treat memory as a tool rather than a stone.
