Maple Leafs fall again, and previewing the 2nd round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs
The Toronto Maple Leafs did it again. Not only did they lose, but they are now the first team in North American sports history to lose it all in the first round of a do or die game five years straight. Sheldon Keefe is 0-6 with a chance to win a series, and Leafs fans are very sad.
Do the Leafs run it back or do they make changes this summer? Mary Clarke and Andrew Berkshire debate what the best approach is, and whether or not this team is straight up cursed.
After the full post mortem on the Leafs, the hosts get to work previewing and predicting the second round of the NHL's Stanley Cup Playoffs, starting out West with the Colorado Avalanche vs the St. Louis Blues, and the Battle of Alberta between the Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers.
Journeying back East, the hosts break down and predict the series' featuring the Battle of Florida between the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Carolina Hurricanes and the New York Rangers.
