June 16th, 1948. The night of the storm. The day Herman get's access to what he calls "The Cyborg Channel". Herman get's a glimpse into the future of mankind and observes the future of humans (of our present day) to be cyborgs. He deems these humans to be a symbiotic relationship between man and technology. In an effort to tell the people of his time what he see's without coming off as crazy he creates a radio play called the Cyborg Channel in order to describe what he see's on his television set.
