This episode will focus on Dr. Andrew Szeto, Director of the Campus Mental Health Strategy for the University of Calgary. The focus of this discussion was to bring attention to the importance of re-energizing over the winter break, remind faculty and students about how important their mental health is, share approaches and strategies to re-energize and de-stress, and highlight the University Mental Health Strategy and the wide range of supports and resources available.
