This is a series of recorded conversations to continue to build community and cohesion within the Department of Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary. Sharing knowledge about different components of the Department, the faculty and students within and the broader academic life.
This episode will focus on Dr. Elizabeth Oddone-Paolucci, Graduate Program Director for the Department of Community Health Sciences and the MDCH Program. The focus of this discussion was to profile the MDCH graduate program director role and help faculty understand what it encompasses, share that Elizabeth is ending her term and reflect on the impressive achievements, frame the GPD role as an opportunity for faculty growth, and grow the interest in faculty members to apply for the GPD role once Elizabeth finishes her tenure.
