Project collaboration is a method by which teams and team leaders plan, coordinate, control and monitor the project they are working on. This collaborative process works across departmental, corporate and national boundaries and helps especially with projects as they grow in complexity. This episode is a sharing session with Ms Suzy Sulaiman, one of the sought collaborative leader in Malaysia that have involved various type of projects locally and internationally. Her jovial insights on her experiences throughout the whole process and involvement with many different parties in the team has given a fresh thought in design world. I find it is an insightful experience.
