My story

2025 has been a MASSIVE year of integration from some incredibly deep work I did with my mentor, Victoria Bauman, last year.

Through our work I felt a huge recalibration to truth, authenticity, alignment, and embodied love. It allowed me to anchor into deep safety and tap into the courage required to make some BIG decisions that previously felt too scary and this completely changed my life, allowing me to become the Embodiment Of Love, an initiation I have been moving through since opening my company a couple years ago, Embodied Love Coaching.

In this episode, I share with you my journey of death, rebirth, and sitting in the void, shifting how I show up and respond to life, shifting the lens of lack, scarcity, not good enoughness, to overflowing abundance, love, and truth.
