Episode 77 - Fake Razor and Fake Diesel

The year is 1996 and WWE is trailing behind WCW, fueled by their mid-year acquisitions of Scott Hall and Kevin Nash and their involvement with the nWo. While it would be a good year and some change before WWE would have their own fired up acts like Stone Cold Steve Austin and DX, WCW ran away with the wrestling business, something no one has done before, or since for that matter. Not one to lay down and roll over when it comes to the wrestling business, Vince McMahon, with advice from ace scum lawyer Jerry McDevitt, sought to disrupt WCW's success in a lawsuit claiming WCW was using WWE's IP in Razor Ramon and Diesel whenever Scott Hall and Kevin Nash would appear on TV. Normally this would have just been a silly lawsuit, except in an effort to prove it, WWE announced the returns of Razor and Diesel in the fall of 1996, only to only deliver in name only.

Twitch.tv's Shay (@imaShayWoods) and TVMBLE (@tvmblez) return to the podcast to watch the debuts of "Razor Ramon" and "Diesel", watch them challenge the British Bulldog and Owen Hart for the tag team titles, discuss Criss Angel being a magical cuck, and talk about the time Shay and TVMBLE switched places at a convention in 2019. All that and more on a wild episode!
