Combined Paddy & Belinda have lost over 16 stone on their journeys supported by nutrition, movement, mindset and medical supervision.
Paddy is a qualified Personal Trainer / Nutritionist specialising in supporting those living with Obesity, and is also a registered member of the National Union of Journalists. Belinda supports ladies through coaching within The Next Chapter community.
