She is a Registered Nurse and has more than 30 years combined clinical and consulting experience. Her expertise includes healthcare administrative leadership, clinical transformation, process redesign, quality improvement and cost structure improvements in Surgical, Emergency, Endoscopy, Critical Care, Anesthesia services and Care Coordination in a variety of healthcare provider settings. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, Shawn was a Director at PwC’s Health Advisory practice where she led operational and financial improvement engagements at a number of health systems.   Jason Harber As Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer, Jason is the driving force behind Hospital IQ’s product strategy. He brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare technology, data and analytics, and product management. Prior to joining Hospital IQ, he was the VP of Product Management for TeleTracking Technologies, where he developed product strategy and strategic launches for the company’s product portfolio.
