In this episode, Cat Green from Everyday Empowered presents about the humble yet potent powerhouse- Chamomile. She shares how and why Chamomile is a herb for the times, and an important herb to have on-hand.
Cat addresses how we often overlook the more gentle herbs, and how the subtlety is equally as powerful as any other herb. Chamomile's key affinities are explored- some of the more well known and some of the lesser known powers. She gives some great simple and practical ways to work with Chamomile in your life.
Cat is an absolute hoot, we had lots of giggles when listening to her whimsical ways of explaining things. We are overjoyed to have Cat with us again- she has been on the podcast more than anyone else, and we appreciate her stepping in to support Tatiana while she is going through a time of transition. In a true display of community herbalism spirit!
For those of you who do not know, Cat Green is the amazing creator of Herbfest, an annual grassroots herbal medicine festival on the Sunshine Coast. She also facilitates an array of in person and online courses- some by herself and some with the wonderful Heidi Merika.
