Our bodies are intelligent and know how to respond to stress. However, now more than ever, we are overloading our bodies with more than they have the capacity and time to remedy. 

I bring on chiropractic Doctor Remi to share his insights and philosophies around what stress is and the real impact it has on our bodies and lives. 

We share our own personal well-being practices to handle stressful situations with more ease and grace and ways you can build your resilience.

He shares insight on how chiropractic work is so much more than cracking backs and snapping necks, giving us a whole new perspective on the holistic modality. Claiming that like other health modalities, they aren't fixing or healing us, they are simply putting our bodies in an environment and state to function like it knows how to do!
