
So often our minds get littered with negative stories and beliefs that hold us back from our potential, the lack of control over it can be so frustrating. The personal development world tells us to just flip them to a positive. But we can repeat positive affirmations till we go blue in the face and still see no change. This is because the real power is learning where they come from and how to bio-hack the subconscious mind.
