Welcome to "A Man's Journey into Wholeness"!
This new format is my way of sharing my journey as a man into wholeness. It is a playground for personal experiences of mine, tools I've learned along the way, practices I give to my clients & so much more. To be honest I have no idea where this new chapter of my life will take me, but I am open to dive into a deep exploration of what it means to be a man.
With this said...
...in this series I am talking all about receiving, and how we men benefit from connecting with that receiving part within ourselves. Most of us are so used to giving all the time, especially us "Mr. Nice Guys" who always try to do the right thing & say the right thing, that we completely forget about our own cup. In this short little introduction I am sharing briefly about my experience all around receiving, what I learned from it and how it enhanced my life.
Brothers, there is a part inside of you who wants to be nourished & cared for. Supressing that part doesn't do any good to yourself or any other person in your life. Reconnecting with that part allows you to learn how to listen within to what you truly need, to than give yourself exactly that.
Filling up your own cup allows you to give from a place of fullness which will influence all aspects of your life. In this series I am going to dive into different topics & tools which can help you to receive more into your life.
