After today’s men circle (Check out Amir's Men Circle here) I felt the call to hit the record button & share some lessons about receiving which I received two years & changed my life for ever. As man in our nowadays society, I have been conditioned to constantly do something which created an inability to stop, pause, surrender, let go & receive.
Also no one ever told me about the benefits to retreat within myself, recharge and nourish myself to fill my own cup & gain clarity from a deeper place within myself. It was something I needed to discover through my own personal experience to fully take in the benefits of connecting with that receiving aspect of myself.
