In this episode, I chat with Aiden Bowker, a School Staff Instructor for the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) at KBA. Aiden has previously served as a Sergeant Major in Royal Marine, completing operational tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia and Northern Ireland. In 2008, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. We discuss some of the components for dealing with pressure and stress, as well as the importance of mindset in developing resilience in the face of difficult challenges.
