Episode 137: The Endometriosis Nutritionist Podcast is turning 5 years old!

I can hardly believe it, but The Endometriosis Nutritionist Podcast is turning 5 years old this October! 🎉

When I started this podcast, my goal was simple: to help women with endometriosis feel more in control of their symptoms, and to share practical, science-based advice that can make everyday life just a little bit easier. Over 5 years, we’ve covered everything from bloating and inflammation to fertility and gut health. And most importantly, I’ve had the privilege of hearing from you — the listeners — about how these conversations have helped.

To celebrate this milestone, I’m creating a special 5-Year Anniversary Episode, and I’d love YOU to be part of it.

👉 You can join in two ways:

  1. Share your story — What’s your biggest win since listening to the podcast? Maybe you’ve reduced bloating, improved your energy, or simply learned something that made you feel less alone. You can tell me in a few sentences here: https://gerretsen.typeform.com/to/oqvsJsSj

  1. Enter the Giveaway — I’m giving away over A$4,800 worth of Endometriosis Nutrition Programs to 5 lucky listeners! 🎁

  • 3 people will win 6 months in my Eat to Ease Endometriosis Symptoms membership.

  • 1 person will win their choice of either my Reclaim Your Life from Endometriosis program or my Improve Your Fertility Naturally program.

  • And 1 person will win my 9-month Manage Your Endometriosis and Health for Life program, including food intolerance testing.

All you need to do is head to https://www.subscribepage.com/podcast5yearanniversary and answer this question in 50 words or less:
💬 “Why would you love to win one of these programs?”

Entries close on 1 November 2025, and winners will be announced in the special 5-Year Anniversary Episode the first week of November.

This is my way of saying thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’ve been listening since the very first episode or you’ve just found the podcast recently, your support means the world to me.

So don’t miss your chance — share your story, enter the giveaway, and let’s celebrate 5 years of learning, growing, and supporting each other through endometriosis.

💛 I can’t wait to read your entries and celebrate with you in the anniversary episode.
