Dave and his daughter Mary have revived the Fansplainers banner for a new mini-series – they’re going to go through all the Mission: Impossible films in anticipation of the release of Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning on May 23.







This week they talk about Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation – the beginning of the McQuadrilogy as Christopher McQuarrie joins the IMF team as screenwriter and director. Rebecca Ferguson also joins as the fabulous Ilsa Faust, Alec Baldwin lends his gravitas, and Sean Harris his weirdness for the fifth movie in the series.
