Sooooo this week I picked up the lurgy! (not sure if thats the technical name but thats what I am calling it)

And it got me thinking how illness used to really frustrate me because it felt like I was going to be taking 10 steps backwards with my fitness progress so in this episode I share how it doesn't have to and what to focus on so you get better as quick as possible.
